For me, personally, I think that they are but they need a lot of luck to do! Sometimes it works and sometimes, it just doesn't!

Guys, I found how to claim your Soul Gems! go to the contracts page on a PC, under the contracts there is a link that says "Do you have any issues with your task? . Click here" , clic on it. A new page will pop out . You can now signal the contracts you finished and did not get paid for. You will have to describe your problem and give your email adress . After that you will recieve an email asking for a screenshot as proof , just send it and VOILA :) . GOOD LUCK.

Completing contracts for gems. Is it really worth the time and effort? I am new here and am still not sure if I should put my trust in this or not. So far I tried playing the games on PC and got my first Gems , I also get the 5 daily login Gems, but what about contracts? I tried with "Game of War" and "Mobile Strike" Android games and got to the requested level but I got nothing. It took me 3 nights and 3 days to do it! what about you? please share your story here whether it's a failure or success. Thanks
