I think you've been a bit unlucky then. "Best" reward I've received have still only been cheapo games at a value of 400 gems but my I have about a 4/1 ratio between runes/games. Still waiting for the bit payout... one of these days I'm sure. 
I won Dying Light in chest of goner but, they're late at sent the game key. I still haven't received any keys yet
