Star conflict Stats

So today i played the game for 2 hours only to find that the games i played are not tracked there for i cannot prove i play them and obv cant get gems is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Have you done at least screenshots ?
Without them you will have a problem to get soulgems

Same problem here. I have 2H 40M ingame played played around 20 PvE games but still the stats dont say anything :/
Am i doing something wrong please anwser.
