Siblings playing, same IP

Hello, my brother and me are both playing Gamehag, because we both enjoy games and its a way of recieving new ones. But Gamehag rejects our tasks, claiming we have multiple accounts, despite only having two - one is mine and one is my brothers. Any help/advice?

You can not have more than one account on gamehag on the same IP. Delete one or you won't get gems.
