I accidentally submitted the wrong picture of proof

so basically what happened was, It didn't accept the screenshot of the game (Vikingard, I just reached level 18) and for some reason it didn't work so i wanted to test something out and just took a random picture of my wall and and boom it worked for some reason, however i didn't know it would instantly submit it. anyways i think y'all get the point, anything i can do here so i can send them the right verification:')

I completed the task and they are telling me now that the offer is not available in my country even tho I installed the game through their portal, someone help me please.
