Chests are a bit of weird

For some reason, when I open a steam chest 8pm it would come back at midnight, right? But instead, a day passes and in 1:30pm I got to wait 12 more hours. Is this normal?

Hey there, the cooldown of getting your new daily chest will start exactly when you open the previous one. For example, you opened your daily chest at 1:30 PM so you should wait until the next day at 1:30 PM to open it again.

Have any of you got anything good on the chest? Cuz all I get are 5 soul gems or runes,
kind shady if you ask me.

As I experienced so far the amount of Soul Gems you can gain from the daily chest can be: 1 - 5 - 10, you can also win some runes, but for greater rewards like 1.000 Soul Gems, I haven't seen anybody got that amount! (Maybe it can be possible.)

its has became normal getting a good item is 0.1% and a bad item is 99.9% so you cant hope to get anything
