Do Russian hackers still exist?

I'm playing CS:GO for some time now but I've never seen one. Where are they?

they exist but they exist more likely in casuals and not in ranked or low rankeds in high rankeds "Cheater" get mostly banned after days/weeks .

Russian ppl don't hack mate they are too good at the game to hack just watch simple mate he got those 360 and everything while look at the flusha he hacks and hacks and hacks and still losses to simple

Hackers don't have to be russian and btw there are a lot of hackers in the free version of csgo but the thing is that if you bought cs:go before the Free2Play update you got premium for free which means there also might me hackers in the premium version.

Only few cheaters in prime (mostly germans), when you look at the f2p part you'll see many russian and turkish hackers, so just buy prime or grind.

Just play non prime dust2 deathmatch an you'll find them
