The developers have implemented good shooting mechanics that do acquire some level of practice, but they don't contain such randomness as most of the FPS games gave. I also really respect how developers fix all of their bugs almost instantly. The developers have a long history of working with FPS games. Although the fact that they listen to what their player base says also has one negative effect: people oftentimes are unhappy about thing just because they haven't spent the time learning the game. My biggest fear is that when they give too much power into community hands the game will and up like H1Z1 - the game that's the spark we all remember, but none of us go back to playing it.
