Task 2 for Soul Gems doesn't work

I don't understand why this happens. I've fought 30 battles and logged out, yet gamehag doesn't accept. I need help please.

Yeah, I did Task 1 already though the account I created through gamehag... Task 2 is annoyingly faulty

i registered by this web but when i claim first Task i get: "We still haven't received any information about your registration. You have to create an account through our website."

It works for Task 1, not for Task 2. Also, there's no option for screenshots.

why it doesn't work please fix
