Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game. Its action takes place in the original diesel punk world 1920+, which was the idea of the Polish artist Jakub Różalski. An alternative reality has been shown in the game. Seeing mech-like war machines on the battlefield was something normal there. After the end of the global conflict, the machines entered permanently into everyday life and became part of the landscape.

The axis of the game are the three most important campaigns. Each of them refers to a different country. In total, the player has at his disposal over 20 missions that can be performed alone or in cooperation.
