can i tkae a screenshot of my screen from my phone ? im asking this question pls answer i need to know bc i dont know how to take a screenshot fromm my laptop pls help

Your question is not clear enough...! If you want to take screenshot on your phone - for android phone press volume down + power button.
If you want to take a screenshot of your laptop/PC screen, press prntscr key or print screen on your keyboard. After pressing that key, open Paint app on your laptop and press ctrl+V key combination and save your picture.
