So many gems. Not sure what to spend on.

I currently have 20424 gems in my account that are ready to be spent. Problem is, I'm not sure what to use them for. The only games I have are CSGO, LoL, Minecraft, and some random cheap Steam games. Please leave suggestions for what I can get. And is GTA V worth getting or should I wait for when VI is expected to come out later this year?

GTA V has lots of mods so it could be worth it to get it, and also Rockstar usually releases the pc versions of there games months if not years after the console release
