Hola cuando quise subir una captura de pantalla no me dejaba subir en png pero despues si me dejo en jpg (por que le cambie el formato) :) para comprobar que gane 5 batallas en el War Thunder

Alguien me puede explicar que toman en cuenta para aceptarla o no? Porque puedo subir la imagen, creo mostrar claramente lo que piden pero de todas formas no la aceptan. La verdad que es bastante frustrante
