Torment: Tides of Numenera is a fantasy & science-fiction RPG game, which was created under the license of the Numener table RPG. This title was created by the American studio inXile, while the Polish studio Techland was behind its release.
In the title, the player takes on the role of the Last Castoff, who sets off on a journey, at the end of which he will find answers to questions about the meaning of existence. The plot is set in a very distant future, in a world reminiscent of the early Middle Ages, but full of remnants of extremely advanced, past civilizations.
