Alright, I'm just going to say this, the DevEX exchange for robux is pretty bad, and I dislike LUA. If you want to get into actual game making, where you can expand your programming knowledge to other places, I would suggest Unity (as the article suggests). You will learn C# there, and if you make a good game then you are able to put it on public marketplaces and make money directly.

yeah i also learned scripting a bit and made a game in roblox but it didnt work out amazingly well

If you are gonna make a game for the first time, it should be pretty simple. Something like a sword fight game and whatever comes across your mind as simple.
