I agree, I installed 3 mobile games, did what was requested, no soul gems awarded. When I sent request, they asked for picture. I provided it and they replied this:
Our system automatically blocks accounts according to certain criteria; we are very sorry, but we cannot change these settings manually.

This is ****. I did what I was requested to do, dedicated time to it (one game I even liked and still playing) but I never received a single soul gem.
