About 8 days ago I completed an offer from the offer wall, but I didn't get any soul gem, even after refreshing the page or waiting for more than minutes. I filed a ticket, and received an answer that Gamehag automatically receive the data from external partners. I was told it may take up to 7 days, but after 8 days I lost 50 gems for being a Toad, and didn't get my completed offer acknowledged. I contacted again, but was told "we cannot help you with the tasks from the offer wall. And we cannot remove your toad status."
Gamehag has those offers here, allows the external survey providers show their offers, and get profits by having the users complete those surveys. Gamehag earns money by doing this, but when there is a problem, they cannot do anything and does not take any responsibility. What an easy way to earn money, whey you don't have to be concerned about from your business.
When a user claims there was an issue, Gamehag should have a way to check it. If not, at least you should offer a way to directly contact the external partner(in this case it's Yuno). I couldn't find any way to contact Yuno, and as I finished the offer through Gamehag, you should be responsible. Instead of gaining gems I lost 50, and stay as a Toad. I demand Gamehag to give back what I lost. If not, there's no reason for me to stick to this website. Why would I use here, if I cannot be guaranteed to earn what I deserve, and cannot be offered any help regarding such a case?
