more than 90% of the rewards or gift prizes are unavailale. now no more weekly chests either. this site should get reported for disinformation and misleading rewards and prize/gifts and services.
This is an actual great suggestion but Gamehag doesn't listen, It's their motive. Could't agree more, knock off with this useless Misty creep and actually implament a support system here for answering tickets and addressing issues and problems, which there are plenty.
If more people sent a message like this to them maybe they take notice.
And how about actually solving a problem instead of just giving info on what is already in the FAQ? It would be nice if there was an actual support contact to use.
Rewards have been unavilable for nearly over a year now for some of these. What's the point of even collecting SG, if the rewards are always unavialable? And the survey section doesn't load either, for the past couple of months now as well.
any of this getting fixed anytimme soon or is this just another ticket to nowhere like the support takets we created to get soulutions to the problems that are never solved?
My inventory has been piled up with useless CD keys that I haven't used, I've been asking them to do something like this for the last couple of months so that we can either seel rewards that we don't want and not used or clean out our inventory. But nothing has been done about any of it.
Gettin the problem solved with the current system in place is a a pain. nothing ever gets solved and no real soulution provived. Tickets go on and on without any soulutions.
The rewards are mostly unavaliab;le. The equipment/invintory is full of useless CD keys that you can't sell for SG or clear it out.
Still no movement on the radom CD keys. Either give us an option to sell the CD keys for SG, or a clean inventory equipment option.
Is there a way to clear your eqipment/inventory of rewards that have expired?
Ya, some surveys ask same questions a few times. Gets annoying , i agree. try doing the shorter lenght ones.
Daily chests can be something like a daily login thing, where each day you login you get a daily chest that can have different types of daily rewards or just simpily a different amount of SG each time. The amount should be anywhere from 1SG to 25SG.
We should be able to sell back our random CD keys that we haven't used for SG. and it should be different amounts depending on the different random CD keys.
try different ones and take your time. don't rush through a survey and read the questions carefully before answing or picking an option.
Surveys can be a problem at times.
