It will show up. I ordered my 1st reward few month ago and it took over a month for it. Also I had my doubts at first too. Especially after when I got my code I couldn't use it. Thankfully Gamehag wasn't at fault. I ordered Destiny 2 not knowing the keys themselves are region locked and can only be activated in the region it was purchased in and since I'm prettyt sure Gamehag isn't a US based website the key was useles. So I created a ticket and had to provide screens and other related info. Not gonna lie I wasn't actually expecting much. I figured I'd get something along the lines of "use a VPN maybe?" so I didn't bother to try and get any updates even after couple weeks of nothing. But to my surprise I got a full refund a moth later and used it to order another game that I finally recieved the other day.
Tl;Dr: It will most likely take time ( took over a month the 2 times I ordered rewards). But I can tell you from personal experianse they are deffinitelly legit.
I wrote this on a similar thread. Sometimes the website will open a new tab/window with a picture/screenshot of the key instead of it showing where the show key button was. So check your browser settings to c if its blocking poups from gamehag. But as above reply said if you just ordered the reward then it probably just isn't ready yet and it'll have the yellow timer thing on the inventory icon for said game.
Not sure if this will help but sometimes when you click the green button to show the key instead of it showing right there where the button was the website will open a new tab/window in your browser with a picture/screenshot of the key. Atleast thats what happened to me when I went to redeem my F1 key. After clicking the F1 square in my inventory the green button in that "window/tab" where it usually shows you the key said "GET THE CODE" and after clicking it opened a new tab with a code screenshot. So just in case check your browser settings to see if it's blocking pop ups and not letting the website open a new tab/window. If it's suppose to be the regular one where after clicking the green button the code supose to show up in that same area then disregard all I wrote. Hopefully this helps.
