si me facilitas una forma de ponerme en contacto contigo, y asi poder cambiar el premio...
aunque sean tarjetas de google play tambien me servirian...
Pero da rabia no poder usarlar y quedarme encima sin las gemas gastadas...
No tengo problema en mandarte en privado los codigos y que los pruebes antes de abonarme las gemas....
Ya las estoy dando por perdidas de todas formas :(
Voy a probar dichas soluciones que me decis, y si sigo sin conseguirlo, ya dire algo mas por aqui...

Y si el fallo es del codigo facilitado? No se podria cambiar por otro que si funcionara?
Es que son dos codigos los que tengo y ambos me da el mismo error...
Ni introduciendolo directamente, ni poniendolo desde mi cartera...
Sale siempre el mismo error :(

He probado desde el PC, con iexplorer, chrome y Opera(cn vpn activado), desde el telefono movil... y nada
Me sigue dando el mismo mensaje con cualquiera de los dos tokens que me facilitaron.
Ya no se que mas probar, y el contacto con ellos (digital solutions) tampoco me han ayudado en nada.
Si alguien tiene alguna alternativa a estas, me podria explicar para probar... Gracias de antemano.
Solicite una tarjeta Mastercard de 10e, buscando en el foro vi donde se activava y como se hacia, gracias a todos por esa ayuda... Pero mi problema ahora es el siguiente, he solicitado hace dias una segunda tarjeta, me dieron el codigo, fui a la pagina y me da el siguiente error : Oops, there was a problem. This token can't be used at this time. Please try again later or Contact Us. Llevo varios dias intentando cambiarlo, y probando a distintas horas, pero el mensaje sigue siendo el mismo... Probe ha solicitar otra tarjeta, y me dieron otro codigo pero me sigue saliendo el mismo mensaje. Alguien tiene el mismo problema, o sabe que debo hacer para solucionarlo? Me he puesto en contacto con la pagina, y me han respondido que me solucionaran el problema, pero sigo igual. Ya han pasado 2 semanas y sigo con los mismos problemas. Alguien conoce alguna solucion? Puedo reclamar aqui que me devuelvan las gemas o me den otros codigos que si funcionen? Estoy perdido ya, no se que mas hacer, un poco de ayuda por favor. Gracias a todos de antemano :)
Llevo cerca de 3 meses en la página, estoy cerca de las 30.000 ga.
Usando bien las runas que te regalan, y buscando cuando algun juego esta en promoción ( quiero decir que den más ga de las que habitualmente veis ) los combinais y conseguiis muchas ga, cierto es que he tenido problemas para que me acepten cuando piden capturas, quizás por invertir muchas horas y hacer las misiones demasiado rápido, pero por lo demás todo bien, ya consegui claves de juegos por valor de más de 30€. Aunque también es cierto que no son los que busco, pero esta muy bien.
Por mi parte ya la he recomendado a muchos amigos/as y ninguno esta decepcionado.
