Task: Level 20

Hello all, Are there more ppl that have problems with the First Task? i'm level 20 ingame, making 2 screenshots. one of the game and 1 with the game and task in it. Both are rejected, i maked a ticket and they say, its only for new players, plz make a new account... i maked that account 2 days ago. Gamehag needs to check there tasks better, You guys have problems with this task? Thnx

They rejected it twice for me as well.
· Make sure you use the link, that's how they verify that it's a new account that you just made.
· Once you make the account, at least start the game once, that's what I did and it worked.
· Take a clear screenshot with your exp level visible (I would recommend the app Greenshot if you don't want to use the inbuilt system or if you don't have one).
As for the duration, it takes about 20-25 minutes or even lesser, if you're quick.
