No reportaste al servidor? Tu problema .. cuando a mi me pasa eso reporto y en 12h me dan mis GA tienes que hacerlo en menos de 24h pasado en problema si no, no te daran nada.

tengo 5 dias esperando las gemas, cumpli la tarea de llegar el castillo al nivel 1 y nada quye me acreditan las gemas, parece estafa mas bien
